We offer flat rate shipping of $9.95 for customers within Australia. Shipping is free for all orders over $99!

For international customers, we supply dolls and a select range of accessories to Europe, USA, Canada, UK, Japan, and New Zealand including free shipping. For countries not listed, please contact us before purchase. Other toys and accessories are NOT available outside of Australia. Any orders we receive for toys and accessories countries outside Australia will be cancelled and refunded.

Your Doll commences production approximately 3-4 days after placing the order and will normally arrive between 3-4 weeks by DHL or UPS. You will be provided with a tracking number. Toys are dispatched from Sydney same or next business day and normally arrive within 5 working days. 

All items are shipped in plain packaging with no reference to what's inside so you can rest assured that your discretion is protected.

All of our suppliers pack the dolls in sturdy cardboard boxes. The edging of the boxes are lined with plywood for sturdy reinforcement. Furthermore, the dolls arms, legs, hands, feet and head are individually bubble-wrapped. 

Import tax is covered and payed for by us with our shipping agents.
