Do I need to register an account to make a purchase?

No, the great thing here is that registration is optional. By registering an account, you may be eligible for special offers, create posts in our forum page, and be kept up to date with new products. If you'd prefer to make a purchase as a guest, you're more than welcome.

How much is postage?

We offer flat rate shipping of $9.95 for customers within Australia. Shipping is free for all orders over $99!

International customers

For international customers, we supply dolls to Europe, USA, Canada, UK, Japan, and New Zealand including

free shipping. For countries not listed, please contact us before purchase.

We have a select range of toys available for international shipping. Other toys and accessories are not available outside of Australia.

Are Sex Dolls legal in Australia?

Yes, absolutely. With the exception of child dolls. We do not deal with such dolls so please don't inquire.

What payment methods do you accept?

At present, we process our payments with Paypal. Please be advised that you DO NOT need a paypal account. We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, and Discover. Alternatively, we accept direct deposit. Our business banking details will be made available to you upon check-out.

Simply follow checkout instructions to make your payment. All prices are in AUD. There are no surcharges for these payments.

How long does postage take?

Your Doll commences production approximately 3-4 days after placing the order and will normally arrive between 3-4 weeks by DHL or UPS. You will be provided with a tracking number. Toys are dispatched from Sydney same or next business day and normally arrive within 5 working days.

Do I get a receipt?

Yes. A receipt will be sent to your email after payment.

Is there any description on the parcel?

Absolutely not. All items are shipped in plain packaging with no reference to what's inside.

How secure is the dolls packaging?

All of our suppliers pack the dolls in sturdy cardboard boxes. The edging of the boxes are lined with plywood for sturdy reinforcement. Furthermore, the dolls arms, legs, hands, feet and head are individually bubble-wrapped.

Where are the dolls made?

Most of our companion dolls are made in the manufacturing capitals of China. Not only are they of the highest quality and realism, but also far more competitively priced than their western produced competition.

Can I make an exchange?

Due to hygiene reasons, our products including dolls, that don't have sealed packaging are non-returnable for change of mind. We are however, so passionate about superior service, that if there is a problem with your order, we will do everything we can to make it right! In relation to toys, please ensure your item has been recharged adequately, or, the batteries have been inserted correctly. 

 Each and every one of our dolls and accessories are subject to vigorous quality assurance checks, however if your item arrives damaged or faulty, you may return it to our Sydney office for a replacement or refund. See Terms and Conditions for details. There is a 10% cancellation fee for change of mind prior to doll production.

Do I have to pay any import tax?

No. Import tax is covered and payed for by us with our shipping agents.

Are your dolls suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our dolls are hypoallergenic and are latex and phthalate free.

Are the dolls waterproof?

Yes. They are 100% waterproof and will not absorb water or moisture. Do not use boiling water on your doll.

How do I care for my doll?

The joints and elastic materials of your doll are extremely flexible, however please avoid highly stretched positions over extended periods of time. Avoid biting your doll and Keep sharp objects away from you doll at all times.

Avoid storing your doll in strong sunlight as this may age the material.

Creasing or indentations may occur from contact on the "skin" from storage. Apply a warm damp towel to the area to smooth out.

Is it hard to put the doll together?

There is no construction needed for your doll. The only assembly required is to screw the head to the base of the neck, it's that simple!
